London-toHastings trunk roads, A 21, were shut down by several adorable Kunekune Pigs. They escaped from an animal farm and were likely attracted by the rich harvests in a nearby forest. The road was closed to traffic at the intersection of the M 25 with Pratts Bottom (a Bromley village). Kunekune, an endangered domestic pig breed from New Zealand, entered the carriageway. Transport for London said that it was not difficult to catch them. Kunekune Pigs can be hairy, small and have a rotund body. They may also bear wattles, which are fleshy caruncles, from their lower jaws. They come in a variety of colours, including brown, black and gold-tip. They were black and white when they closed the A 21. Because it can only eat grass, the Kunekune makes managing them easy. The Kunekune is the only true grazing porc and can live off grass alone without additional feeding. A single acre can support up to five Kunekunes. BBC News reported that a RSPCA inspector described Kunekunes to be’very intelligent’. 15: 00 GMT, all the escaped porkies were returned to their fields and the road had been reopened. The RSPCA stated that approximately forty pigs had escaped on Wednesday. They were probably lured by the better taste opportunities available in the nearby woods. They love being outside and can adapt to a variety of climates. These animals are great for large gardens. An arc is a house for pigs that measures at least two metres. This size will vary depending on the number of pigs you are looking to purchase. British Kunekune Pig Society 1993, a non-profit organization, established the society in early after first Kunekunes arrived in the UK.
