Apple CEO Tim Cook has announced that the Apple Watch will be delivered within a month of being pre-ordered. All of the company’s initial stock of smartwatches was sold within minutes of being made available for pre-orders. Apple Watch was the Cupertino-based company’s first venture in the wearable market. Crowds of people rushed to Apple Stores around the world to see the Apple Watch. Apple predicted that demand would outstrip supply when the product was launched. The Apple Watch’s initial sales were “great”, according to Mr. Cook. You can pre-order the Apple Watch online, and have it tested in stores by appointment. However, they can’t be taken home from shops. Customers only got to see a demonstration model in the stores and nothing more. Apple claims its smartwatch can give you an accurate picture of all your activities throughout the day. Activity’s three rings show you your progress each day and can motivate you to move more, sit less and exercise.
