On the same theme, anothing thing you should look at is broken links. What is a broken link? It is usually a piece of content that has been removed for a reason. It could be a product, a job advertisement or that someone is inside your organization and fiddles with the website.

It is quite common for large websites to have many users and it can be difficult to keep track of what is going on. So you can have a number of URLs without content but they have links that point to them. When these links point to a URL without content, it will lead visitors to a removed/dead page. You can use a tool like Ahrefs, look at broken links if there are any. And if there are some, you can do two things;

Recreate the content of that URL or two, make a redirect to content similar to the content that was there before or change the link on your website to a new link.
